What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are given in Canadian dollars. If you are in a different county, your credit card company will convert your purchase to your local currency.
What payment methods to you accept?
Our on-line credit/debit payment method is Square.
We also accept e-transfers to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Local pick ups can be paid by Square (credit/debit), e-transfer or cash.
Do you have a physical store location?
We do not have a store that you can visit. We do attend many conventions and markets, and would love to meet you in person at one of them. For an up-to-date list of events we’ll be attending please check our conventions page. Local pick up is an option offered during checkout. We have local pick up from Leduc, AB. We’ll also have local pickup in Edmonton at the 124 Grand Market when it opens for the season.
What are your shipping costs?
Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $15.00 + GST, or free for orders over $100.
Local pickup is available in Leduc, AB. We’ll also have local pickup in Edmonton, AB, at the 124 Grand Market when it opens for the season.
Continental USA orders ship for a flat rate of $25.00 .
Sorry, we do not ship to other countries at this time.
Are there any Customs fees?
Customers within Canada are not subject to Customs fees. Customers outside of Canada may be charged fees (taxes, duties, processing or brokerage fees, etc) upon delivery. Any of these fees are NOT included in our shipping charges. We will not refund shipping or the cost of the order if you refuse to pay any customs fees on attempted delivery. For information on your country’s fees please contact your local customs office, who can provide information on if any fees would apply.
How and when will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, within 1-2 business days.
If there is a delay we will contact you asap.
We ship our packages using either Canada Post or Netparcel (UPS, Fedex, Puralator)
Once we have shipped we will send a confirmation e-mail.
Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Due to the situation with COVID no shipping company is guaranteeing a certain number of shipping days.
We can’t promise a particular date for delivery, it’s sadly the way things are currently.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns on defective merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition and include any labels etc with them. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange to make a return.
